Beacon Home Care is an independently owned, non medical in-home care service provider. Our home care aides specialize in one-on-one care and provide our clients the assistance they need to remain in their home as they age, safely.

Job Requirements
To work with Beacon Home Care:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to pass a background check: DOJ/FBI Livescan Fingerprinting
- Provide required documentation to work in the U.S.
- An applicant must be willing to complete the Beacon Home Care company hiring paperwork, a W-4 and I-9 document and any supporting documents for employment eligibility verification.
- Negative TB Test, taken up to 90 days prior to hire date
- Pass CA State trainings: Beacon Home Care will provide you the ability to access and test on the training modules, at no cost to you!
- Registered, with an active HCA#, on the California Home Care Aide Registry. **Beacon Home Care is willing to assist you with the Home Care Services Bureau caregiver licensing process, which may include steps to obtain a Home Care Aide number**
- We prefer an applicant have experience in the home care or health care industry, this may include working independently, with another agency or with your own family member in the home.
