The candidate will join firm which specialize in complex family law, probate, and guardianship cases. Should have 2 years’ experience in Texas family law and/ or probate litigation matters. Possess high-level verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Provide a high standard of legal service and professionalism to clients. Will be working directly with Attorneys and clients on time-sensitive matters. Preparation for hearings, mediations and/or trials. Paralegals work their assigned cases from start to finish. Assisting Attorneys in Court. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, inventories, and pre-trial documents. General case maintenance. Schedule mediations, hearings, appointments, and litigation deadlines.
