As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

Directs the business and technical support activities of a multi-specialty ambulatory Behavioral Health Section. In conjunction with the Senior Director and the Physician Leader, oversees administrative functions of the section including operations, marketing, facilities, finance, human resources, and planning and development. Section includes professional licensed clinical social workers (LICSWs), social workers (MSWs), MD and PhD in the ambulatory setting.

Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing or related Healthcare degree 
Licensed Social Worker in the State of Washington 
3 years increasing responsibility experience in Care Coordination 
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and concisely to a variety of audiences


Preferred: 
· Experience in managerial capacity
· Strong human resources management skills
