What You Can Expect
As an installer, you will:

Communicate with homeowners
Prep the attic for insulation: sealing attic top plates/penetrations, baffling birdie holes, and attic hatches
Blow both fiberglass and cellulose insulation
Install insulation in knee-walls properly
Load the insulation machine hopper
Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
Follow safety protocols
Help develop new insulation installers the Ideal way!
To Be Successful
Proficiency using hand tools
Experience working in any construction/landscaping field
Ability to withstand heat in the hot KS summer
Must live within 25-30 minutes of our main office
Serious work ethic looking to advance within a company and open to learning new methods
Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn
**Weatherization and insulation experience a major plus**

Lift 50 lbs for one minute straight
Fit in tight spaces (such as an attic) for extended periods of time
