Experienced Real Estate Paralegal
The candidate should have 3+ years of real estate industry experience (real estate law office, title company, or similar). Have experience handling bank closings (preferred). Be able to handle transactions from contract to closing with minimal supervision. Have experience with preparation and review of closing documents, transfer tax documents, escrow and broker agreements. Be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and have excellent communication skills. Have experience with real estate software (WinClose or similar) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Russian language is preferred.
