Part-time Litigation Legal Assistant
The candidate will work closely with the litigation attorney in handling files. Handle file from investigation before filing suit through the completion of a case. Obtaining and distilling medical records, investigation, drafting pleadings and discovery, filing documents with the court, maintaining a calendar and tracking deadlines, handling client contact, scheduling, and any other matters that come in up in the handling of the file. Experience is a plus.
