Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Full-time Digital Operations Specialist for our Arden Hills, MN location. The Digital Operations Specialist will work in a team environment to provide operational and customer support for all Digital Banking and Cash Management products and services.
Attributes of the successful candidate will include a high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and data entry skills, and the ability to display a strong knowledge of all Digital Banking and Cash Management products and services.
A minimum of two years related experience in retail or business banking, data entry, digital banking, bank operations, or cash management services is required. Knowledge of Fiserv Premier banking system desired.
