TS/SCI with Full Scope Clearance Required
Job Description:
Raytheon AST is currently seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform mobile device research & development
Required Skills:
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in their labor category
• Experience with Android firmware and operating systems
• Five plus years of experience with UNIX like operating systems
• Experience with loading and re-loading Android ROMs and use of developer kits
• Experience to reverse engineer ROMs and Android hardware, and re-program new ROMs
• Experience of how RF radios work in smartphones to include various RF protocols (e.g. 802.11, BlueTooth, cellular, etc.)
• Experience in working in research environment
• Experience in working in team environment and solve problems independently
• Experience in written communications skills
TS/SCI with Full Scope Clearance Required
Desired Skills:
• Experience with analysis of digitized RF data (e.g. MATLAB or XMIDAS)
• Experience with reverse engineering of Android firmware
• Experience with internet protocols for data transfer
• Experience in oral communications skills
Required Education (including Major):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meet the experience requirements
