PCA/CNA - GUARANTEED 40 HOURS

Profile

We are seeking a few outstanding individuals willing to commit to full--time work for a guaranteed 40 hours a week. If we do not have clients for you within 15 miles of your home, we will still pay you the full 40 hours each week.
Major Responsibilities:
Assisting the agency’s clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan, client service agreement and CNA qualifications.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner.
May be required to take clients to appointment or run errands.
Must complete 12 hours of company-provided training per year.

Job Requirements
Virginia CNA License or PCA Certificate
Must care for female and male clients
OK to work in homes with dogs and cats
Must be able to work at least 40 hours / week
Live in Loudoun County or Western Fairfax County
Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
Able to lift 20-30 pounds
