Duties: Working closely with your supervising attorney, our immigration paralegal will be responsible for: Assisting with specific tasks required to resolve immigration cases. Maintain and document communication with existing clients. Confirm hearings and court dates with various courts as well as with clients. Prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to U.S. government agencies. Manage assigned case files and attorney files organized. Travel to detention centers in Eloy and Florence. Use research skills and communication skills to draft client applications and petitions as well as correspondence with courts and other government agencies. Collect, review and translate client documents. Maintain clear communication channel with clients to help guide them through their legal process.
