Associate – Defense
The candidate should be admitted to the New York Bar with 3-5 years of civil defense litigation experience to assist in the day-to-day handling of civil litigation matters in defense of personal injury, catastrophic transportation accidents, general liability, labor law, and product liability matters as well as in conducting rapid response investigations; will work closely with the Firm’s partners and must be well-versed in the CPLR and all aspects of New York practice and procedure. Strong analytical, organizational and writing skills are a must. Must have relevant experience and a genuine interest in developing sophisticated civil defense litigation experience and skills. Admission in New York is required; additional admissions in Connecticut, New Jersey, and/or Pennsylvania are advantageous.
