Profile

This individual will be responsible for the entire project in some cases. On other engagements, there may be a project manager - looking for someone who can lead a team and work both independently and in a team.

Required:
- 8 yrs of IT Experience.

- 5 yrs of Strong BI Apps Implementation experience.

- Should have done at least 2 implementations of BI Apps

- Candidate must have experience with at least one of the following modules - (Financial/Procure to Spend/OM/HR analytics) project - experience with one helps pick up the others

- Experience with Oracle EBS is required - several clients are running on EBS; need someone who is going to be able to understand how to extract data and how things work... this is not going to be a technical/functional EBS candidate... this is a data warehouse role with some BI Apps knowledge.

- Strong hands on experience in using ETL - Informatica/ODI and DAC; candidate must be familiar with mapping to include how to change and develop mapping

- Prefer someone with experience in working with Off Shore teams.

- Candidate will be responsible for driving the project; need someone with initiative to schedule meetings as necessary, own the project plan - good communication and client facing skills are critical here.
