Senior Client Support Technician

Profile

Candidate will manage all desktop, laptop and other related hardware and software support activities in a campus environment.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 degree in an IT relatedfield or A certification
Security certification required
Secret clearance
5 years hands-on technology support experience including desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer and peripherals, in a campus environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Assurance (IA) technology.
Experience with Air Force approved Standard Desktop images (including but not limited to Windows 7/Windows 8) and approved Office software (including but not limited to 2007/2010/2013).
Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, server hardware and software platforms and related support tools.
Experience with managing day-to-day configuration and operation of the software environment and hardware/operating systems.
Experience with mobile device support to include but not limited to laptops and PDAs.
Experience in evaluating potential information assurance security risks and take corrective actions.
Familiarity with projection systems and associated sub-systems to meet conference room based audiovisual requirements.
3 years of experience working with DOD asset management under AFMAN 33-153
