1. Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
2. General Experience (Required):
8 years of Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Customer Support experience.
3. Specialized Experience/Certification (Preferred):
4 years of hands on experience on client agency website/application design, development, enhancements and maintenance. Progressive experience in using the following software: Oracle Developer Suite 10g, Microsoft Visual Studio, ColdFusion, Oracle Jdeveloper 9.0.4, Oracle 9i Developer Suite, Oracle Database 10/11g, MKS Integrity Client 4.7.0, and Application Express (HTML_DB) version 3
4. Job Description:
This functional area consists of providing web application development and maintenance services. Tasks will be completed independently, with Project Leads review of end results. Has prime accountability for the maintenance and operating efficiency of system. May serve as a primary interface with clients on technical problems and issues and have responsibility for reporting project status. Provides technical direction and may function as team leader for less experience programmers on assigned work. Services as a whole include analysis, design, programming, conversion, maintenance, testing in three regions/environment (development, test, and acceptance), validation, troubleshooting configuration, documentation, application walkthrough, turnover, implementation to the production environment and training.
