The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including familiarity with the preparation of H-1B, L-1, E, TN, and O-1 petitions, PERM applications, I-140 petitions, adjustment of status applications, and RFE responses. Title, hours and location are flexible. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multi-task, be attentive to detail, and help provide oversight to paralegals and receive moderate supervision from senior associates and principals. Should be highly motivated, capable of working independently, focused on client service, and eager to contribute to a growing practice in a unique, congenial culture.
