Property Damage Coordinator
The candidate will work directly with clients, third parties, and insurance companies. Perform data entry duties. Gather information and documents from clients and other sources. Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients. Provide clients with updates and answer questions regarding their damages to their vehicle and/or personal items in a timely manner. Obtain liability determination from insurance company. Obtain declaration pages from insurance companies. Send emails to clients, insurance companies, and within the company. Perform additional duties as required by Property Damage Supervisor. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to speak clearly on the phone required. Legal experience preferred. Property Damage experience is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
