Setup automatic ladeler.
Setup extractor and sprayer.
Adjust automation on die casting machines.
Must be able to operate a die casting machine.
Must have 6 years experience in die casting.
Must have two years experience with die casting die setups.
Must be able to take apart a die casting mold and put it back together properly.
Must be able to change inserts in a die casting mold.
Must be able to cut pistons on a lathe.
Must be able to to cut and replace ejector pins.
Must be able to replace core pins.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Must be able to operate a forklift to set dies in a die casting machine.
Must understand die cast machine setups.
Small die casting machine repairs are a plus.
Willing to work any shift.
