Paralegal
The candidate should be experienced in all aspects of the probate, guardianship, and estate planning process, including drafting probate, guardianship, and estate planning documents, with knowledge of Florida e-filing procedures and rules of court. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Real Estate experience would be beneficial but not required. Bilingual/Spanish is a plus. Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Should have strong Drafting, Writing, and Organizational Skills. Should have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Real Estate Experience is a plus.
Should have advanced knowledge of Word Perfect, HotDocs, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
