·       Applying knowledge of basic growth and development in patient care
·       Incorporating knowledge of the nursing process in the performance of patient assessments
·       Providing care based on the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; interacts effectively with providers, patients, visitors, and staff.
Well organized.
Anticipates and recognizes need for immediate emergency patient interventions.
Current licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
