Looking for legal assisant with 2 to 6 years experience handling Plaintiff's work in either the insurance industry or volume collections. Must have good working knowledge of the Florida e-filing portal insofar as Complaints, motions, orders, etc. Must also have experience working with the recent Florida Supreme Court rules changes insofar as disclosures, issuance of pre-trial orders, case management orders and calendering of pre-trial deadlines.
