The candidate will be responsible for providing benefits and employment law compliance consulting and guidance to the employee benefit business operations of the company, managing compliance service delivery, and performing specialty services and projects including communications, contract/plan document drafting and review, training and research. Extensive exposure and direct contact with clients and prospects is expected, along with public speaking and training. Knowlege of employment law, ERISA, and/or employee benefits preferred.
