The candidate will create the curriculum for and teach an online course in Securities Law. Will be exhibiting teaching excellence. Writing effective learning objectives. Creating assessments that align with objectives. Creating rubrics that align with the objectives and assessments. Recording lectures. Grading students' coursework. Holding online meetings. Initiating and moderating online forums. Replying, daily, to emails and requests from within the course. Other duties as assigned. Must have a J.D. degree, have 5+ years of securities law and compliance experience. Prior teaching experience is recommended.
