The candidate will assist Managing Partner with prominent midsize Cleveland law firm. Will assist in intense administrative responsibilities, heavy scheduling of all appointments and meetings, client contact, preparation for board meetings internal and external and client meetings, itineraries, travel and community activities. Should have 7+ years of experience in the legal field supporting partner in charge or managing partner level. Must be assertive and confident with a proactive work style attuned to schedules and preparing files in advance of meetings. Exceptional secretarial skills, typing 65+ wpm, drafting, and proofreading skills are required.
