Part-Time Instructor Pool - Paralegal Program
The candidate should have J.D. degree, or paralegal degree or Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Should have experience working in a law office or legal department with paralegals, or as a paralegal. Must preferable be active member of the Washington State Bar Association with 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney, or active member of the Washington State Paralegal Association with 10 years of experience as a paralegal. Should have teaching experience at a community college or university. Experience working with learning management systems (LMOs) is preferred. Should have excellent technology skills and a familiarity with the Internet and communicating online. Must have ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English. Should have ability to work effectively with populations representing diverse ages, cultures, backgrounds, life experiences, and abilities, including adult learners.
