Summer 2020 NYU Legal Internship
Intern to work alongside staff on Center’s policy, advocacy, and engagement initiatives. The internship starts at the end of May and lasts for approximately 10 weeks. Under the supervision of and supporting the work of the D.C. Office staff, will undertake legal and legislative research; produce written work on issues within the scope of the Center’s justice and democracy work; attend congressional briefings and hearings; and contribute to the advocacy goals of the D.C. Office, which includes opportunities to participate in coalition engagement, attend lobbying meetings, and assist with policy communications.
