Plaintiff’s First Party Associate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for attending depositions, hearings, and site inspections, as well as engaging in motion practice, discovery, legal research, and client communications. Should have experience working at an insurance defense firm is preferred but not a prerequisite. Should be a Member of the Florida Bar. Must have 0-3 years experience as an associate attorney in a litigation firm – preferably first party insurance defense and experience attending hearings, conducting depositions, and drafting substantive motions. Bi/Multi-Lingual; Spanish / French is a plus.
