The candidate will litigate a very large caseload of first property insurance claims. Draft Pleadings and Motions, Responses to Motions, Meet deadlines. Prep clients for upcoming events. Review discovery documents. Attend Hearings, Depositions, Mediation, Examinations under Oath, Inspections. Negotiate Settlements. Must be Member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Bilingual required. Should have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience,specifically in First Party insurance or Insurance Defense. Experience in jury trial, appellate experience and federal court a plus. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.
