Executive Director
The candidate will provide leadership to advance WLF and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to the core principles that frame our work. Reporting directly to the WLF Board of Directors and overseeing a team of dynamic attorneys and professionals, the Executive Director will be responsible for implementing the Foundation’s programs and strategic vision. Duties include supervising the WLF team in the administration of their respective functions, as well as leading the Foundation’s fundraising, marketing, and donor outreach efforts. Must demonstrate the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills for the advancement of liberty and the preservation of the rule of law. The incumbent is responsible for defining and implementing policies and procedures that strengthen the operation and effectiveness of the Foundation. Will also be responsible for daily administrative management functions including human resources, finance and budgeting, and managing daily operations.
