SAP Procure to Pay/ P2P Manager:
Job Description:
Acts as a principal advisor on design, development, and implementation of functions in areas of SAP Procure to Pay ( P2P).
Maintains an in-depth expertise in SAP MM/SRM area
and has achieved mastery in areas of materials management, shopping carts, catalogs, sourcing, contracts, workflow etc. Has earned both internal and external recognition as an expert in this discipline. Has demonstrated information technology leadership and is capable of identifying and implementing new technology. Demonstrates thorough results, innovation, creativity, and capacity to solve complex information technology related problems.
Key Functions:
Work with business partners, end-users and project team members to effectively evaluate, implement and support new developments/enhancements/ solutions on schedule.
Work closely with development team providing guidance and clarification of functional specifications
Provide production support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for P2P business applications
Test and assist in the development and execution of the functional and acceptance test plans to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Work independently or as a member of a team. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projects and User communication.
Develop, maintain and provide technical expertise in order to transfer knowledge to other team members.
Manage documentation (Process Design Documents
, Work Step Instructions and Configuration / System) and training updates.
Requirements:
A technology related Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience plus 8-10 years related experience
5-7 years functional experience in configuring SAP solutions
in the areas of : Materials Management in ECC 6.0, SRM functions
such as Shopping carts, MDM Catalogs, Sourcing cockpit, Contracts
etc, Workflow / Release Strategy and great understanding of interfaces with other SAP Modules (BW/ BI/ BO) and non-SAP applications.
Multiple full life-cycle SAP implementations experience; must include one SAP ECC and/or SRM implementation
at a minimum.
Demonstrated experience in cross SAP module integration with FI and HR
Strong background in both the business side and the functional side of P2P process
Consulting experience in major firm
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong internal business partner relationship building and collaboration experience
Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
Semi Conductor / High tech industry experience is added plus.
Experience of working with Off-shore resources
Strong project management skills.
