Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
The candidate work could include working on a special assignment with a federal/state law enforcement task force.  The work includes to vertical prosecution and warrant review in close collaboration with the task force(s). Should be Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Michigan.  Should demonstrate competence in criminal law, evidence, research, and writing.  Prior experience as an assistant prosecutor is preferred.
