Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations

Duties: Working with the President and cabinet, will lead negotiations, support professional training at all levels in the organization, integrate information sources and systems, and implement best practices to streamline and enhance Human Resources operations. Under the direction of the Superintendent/President, leads a full-service Human Resources Department, overseeing nine full-time staff. Serves as the District's EEO Officer, Title IX Officer, and ADA Officer, and is responsible for collective bargaining and contract administration. Collaborative labor negotiations. Centralizing Title IX activities campus-wide. Integrating technology in cross-department processes. Expanding professional development opportunities. Proactive support of campus-wide employee relations.
