The candidate will understand the foreclosure timeline in order to process claims and calculate curtailment correctly.ncy requirements accurately and timely. Understand Loss Mit guidelines in regards to specific claim type. Follow up with attorneys for needed information to include clear title, documents, to ensure information is provided in a timely manner. Maintain clear records and reports for management review regarding claims filed and non-recoverable items. Prepare files for internal and external audits. Draft written correspondence to agencies, officers, vendors and clients as needed. 3 years work experience in the legal field or default mortgage servicing are required. Working knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and a strong understanding of claims process are required. Working knowledge of foreclosure process and appropriate guidelines are required. Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills are requird. LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) are requird. Knowledge of Microsoft office- Excel and Word are requird. High School diploma or GED are requird. Two (2) years job-related course work or paralegal studies are requird. knowledge of claims processing are requird.
