Develop simple azure web service
I need a simple web/app service build on azure that will:
0) Setup and configure azure service and azure sql
1) Receive single REST notification POST from third party service
2) Add REST data to azure sql instance
3) Some simple transformation of return data (ie string formatting)
3) Handle data versioning, errors, retry, and timeout logic from third party service
This is a single REST notification from third party service that contains versioned data (new fields added monthly). I would like updates to the dB to be relatively straight forward when adding new fields.
Code must be clean and well documented.
