FDA/Life Sciences Associate

The candidate initially will work in a broad range of FDA-regulated products (food, drugs, devices, cosmetics, biologics, veterinary products, tobacco), but will have the opportunity to specialize his/her practice over time. Will work extensively in regulatory and transactional matters associated with research, including federal regulations governing use of human subjects, research misconduct, HIPAA, financial conflicts of interest, drafting and negotiating agreements and reimbursement. Will have as many of these attributes as possible: Direct legal experience in the area, either through private practice or government service.
