We are seeking a full-time Director of Membership Operations to develop and implement programs to support the overall membership strategy to generate awareness, participation, and revenue growth from our membership. This includes executing recruitment and membership campaigns designed to support and engage members and demonstrate a relevant value proposition to member institutions.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills who thrives on using their organizing and problem-solving skills in the pursuit of a collaborative mission. Candidates who have experience with Impexium AMS will receive priority review.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Membership Strategy and requires up to 30% travel to the National Office in Washington, DC or conference locations.

Benefits
Compensation & Benefits: Base pay for this position is $79,000 - $113,000 DOQ, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance coverages, as well as generous leave time; and 403b and/Roth IRA retirement plans with employer match after 6 months.
