Senior Corporate Accountant
The Senior Corporate Accountant reports directly to the Controller and works closely with the CFO.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established month/quarter/year end close schedule
Perform analysis and reconcile the GL accounts and sub-ledgers to the GL
Prepare, post and reconcile the accrual and month-end journal entries
Participate in numerous audits
Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets and forecasting
Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing with internal and external auditors
Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics to drive performance
Provide assistance with the 10Q and 10K by preparing/reviewing supporting schedules
