The candidate will be responsible to assists and reports for the Office of Research and Commercialization (Research Counsel) on a functional basis, collaborating with Research Counsel to provide legal representation and counsel to the UCF Research Foundation (UCFRF). Should have Law degree (L.L.B or J.D.) with 2+ years experience as an attorney. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or become a member with in twelve months of employment. Can prepare transactional documents for patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
