Duties

• Serve as a key member of the nationwide airports practice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements.
• Work directly with clients on federal regulatory and funding schemes.
• Advise clients on project development and infrastructure delivery.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of transactional legal experience.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and address client matters proactively.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (CO, NY, FL, or CA preferred).

Skills

• Experience with complex commercial or real estate transactions.
