The candidate will perform duties include: Negotiate debt repayment with consumers. Listen carefully to what they say, ask good questions and overcome obstacles. Obtains firm agreements to repay debt in a timely manner. Receive and makes telephone contact with consumers. Make informed decisions based on consumers’ needs, account balances and business’ standard operating procedures. Maintain and updates consumer account data to accurately reflect current status. Maintain quality standards. Comply with applicable laws and regulations governing third party collections, such as the FDCPA. Participate in other assigned activities. Must have have a high school diploma or GED. Should be able to communicate effectively, with attention to detail. Must deliver customer-centric solutions while achieving results, even under tough circumstances. Being bilingual is a plus.
