The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Product Strategy Advancement Advisor leads product strategy initiatives including product roadmap development, team-wide communications with critical partners like sales and marketing, and segment-level communications on behalf of the Product & Partnerships team. The Advisor will also contribute to strategy work in support of the Chief of Staff to the Segment President, including management team presentations, executive steering committee meetings, and enterprise forums.

This Advisor ensures that the product roadmap reflects an ambitious, yet achievable agenda to realize differentiation and growth in the marketplace, aligning with our segment and enterprise strategies. The Product Strategy Advancement Advisor will leverage both visual and written forms of communication, have experience in storylining for effective content and presentation development, and experience in executive-level communications

The Product Strategy Advancement Advisor will support the tracking and management of product efforts across the team and policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees. The Advisor will also coordinate annual team planning, team onsites/offsites, support product reporting efforts, and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address product team issues and opportunities.

Required Qualifications


a Bachelor's degree

5 or more years of communications and strategy experience

2 or more years of project leadership experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
