Director of JD admissions, school of law
The candidate will work collaboratively with the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid to develop and implement a comprehensive JD enrollment strategy consistent with the Law Schools strategic goals and mission. Will have day-to-day responsibility for all operations of the Admissions Office, including the hiring and supervision of full-time and seasonal staff. Implement best practices to inspire and motivate a talented team of admissions professionals and to provide outstanding customer service to the Law Schools large applicant pool. B.A./B.S., J.D degree is preferred, 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in higher education admissions or closely related setting. 3+ years of professional experience in law school admissions preferred. Strong management skills and prior supervisory experience is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills is essential. Experience with ACES2 and demonstrated success in law school enrollment management is preferred.
