The candidate will work with the Managing Partner to oversee administrative projects, monitor intake procedures, and handle other office responsibilities. Assist in opening new matters. Monitor projects and keep track of deadlines. Assist in administrative duties as needed. Assist with new employee onboarding and financial systems training. Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary. Assist executives with various tasks including monitoring and responding to emails, scheduling, maintaining current contact information, storing files, and other office tasks. Other responsibilities as required. should have accounting degree. Mastery of MS Excel or Google Sheets are required. Experience working with restaurants a plus. Working knowledge of Xero or Quickbooks and Clio a plus.
