POSITION:
Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing all required services;
Maintaining frequent and effective communication with the COR and other NGA staff;
Monitoring Shift Supervisors and maintaining quality control, including performing daily quality control inspections;
Preparing clear, accurate, and timely reports and records related to Security Officers attendance, post coverage, disciple, and uniform inspection, including:
daily open post report;
daily report detailing at least two (2) random inspections;
weekly open post report;
monthly open post report; and
quarterly updated employee roster;
Providing the COR with clear and accurate schedules at least two (2) weeks in advance; and
Providing monthly status updates to the COR, which shall include statistics on the suitability and stability of Contractor personnel (i.e. absenteeism, turnover, behavioral infractions), training accomplished, incidents and injuries reported, and any significant problems or concerns related to the performance or administration of this contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Have verifiable documentation of a least ten (10) years of successful experience in the security industry (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial or industrial guard service), including at least five (5) years of experience managing a least a fifty (50) member security service force
Ability to pass a contract required background check, medical and drug screen
Strong command of the English language
Possess leadership skills and the ability to lead and develop an effective team
Excellent communication skills and maintain positive customer relationships
Be skilled in applying the principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Able to work in an autonomous environment with limited supervision
