Duties: Will join the Child Protection Program. Will provide representation to parents in the child protections system in Ramsey County and within the state of Minnesota. Will provide direct supervision to student attorneys handling cases in Juvenile Court; work closely with parent mentors, contract social workers, and social work interns to provide holistic legal services to clients; assist with policy work, research, and impact litigation both within and outside of the state of Minnesota; assist Program Director in teaching; and will be responsible for file management and grading.
