Very strong freelance, virtual litigation paralegal needed for construction law firm in Miami Dade county. A very advanced litigation understanding required. Must have full understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, all aspects of litigation, including efiling, discovery, complex litigation, hearing and depo setting, etc. Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented. Knowledge or background in construction law a plus.
Must be able to hit the ground running and learn new platforms quickly and efficiently.
This will be for about 10 hours or so per week starting but can easily turn into more hours.
Pay is $30 per hour. Resume, references and cover letter required. This is a 1099 contract position only. There is no benefits offered due to the nature of the position as a contract position. Day time, business hours availability required.
