VP, Process & Policy
The candidate will be responsible for managing the requirements and conditions by which each part of the process needs to be executed, including how the process interacts with other processes and how it is measured. Will have strong working relationships and influence with other senior executive stakeholders who are accountable for parts of the lead-to-order process, including the heads of Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Services, Operations and Customer Support. Responsible for governance of process performance and process change. Define a process that can be easily subjected to audit. Describe its links and interactions with other processes. Identify its documentation and training requirements. Issue and maintain any procedures and instructions. Resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence. Communicate process changes to the process users. Define and manage interfaces with other processes. Communicate input requirements to internal suppliers. Meet the output requirements of internal customers. Analyze performance data and set quality objectives. Track progress against process performance targets. Communicate with process users to identify issues. Identify risks and opportunities with current process. Investigate and propose process improvements. Higher level degree like Master's, MBA or J.D./MBA is preferred. Background in education technology is needed. Must have 10-15 years of experience with 10+ years of experience in a operations / program management / performance improvement role at an education or technology company.
