What we are looking for:

Paint is responsible for prepping, cleaning, and checking the quality of parts before and after parts travel through the paint line.

Essential Competencies:

Operate all equipment in the sheet metal department, including brake Prep parts for powder coating or wet painting by cleaning with lacquer thinner and rags
prepped parts on the paint line
Apply powder coat to bare metal
Removed painted parts from the paint line and match parts with the correct documentation
Identify poor quality parts
Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling
Work at different workstations as production needs require
Maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individuals product line or work cell
