The Opportunity:
JMAC Lending is looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist
to assist the Marketing Manager in developing key marketing initiatives that align with the overall marketing department’s strategy and plan.
experience in a corporate marketing department and can wear the many hats needed for a wide variety of digital marketing items. Lending/mortgage industry marketing experience highly beneficial. Salesforce and Pardot knowledge and experience required. Need someone who can step in and contribute daily to a busy, fast-paced environment. Need to be dedicated, passionate, resourceful and creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-today marketing department duties
Daily email management and distribution
Website updates and management using Squarespace
Manage client and contact lists using Pardot and Salesforce
Edit Marketing PDF items in Adobe Acrobat
Create emails using Pardot – HTML coding experience required
Create digital content for emails, website and social media using Photoshop and InDesign
Assist sales team with marketing requests
Manage CRM system – adding and creating digital content
Build and maintain marketing calendar
Specializes in online marketing and digital communication.
Manages marketing strategies and tactics to increase engagement/loyalty and lead conversion.
Ensures the consistency and accuracy of our brand experience and brand voice throughout all online channels.
Work with Marketing team to create integrated product campaigns
Print and mail marketing items as needed
Manage trade shows and coordinate events
Order and manage promotional items and marketing collateral
Professional Experience, Education, and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a professional digital marketing environment
Email building (Pardot experience highly preferred)
List management - Salesforce and Pardot experience required
Website editing, building and content creation using Squarespace
PDF editing in Adobe Acrobat
Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
Word, MS Office, Excel
SEO Management experience
Social media marketing experience
Mortgage and Financial experience a plus
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
