Description
Our client is a large Continuing Care Retirement Community with a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, along with a personal care community who is currently hiring for an RN Supervisor for the 3p-11p shift.
General Responsibilities:
Oversee the clinical care being provided to residents and ensures that a high degree of patient care is maintained at all times.
Provide direct care to residents when needed.
Plan and maintain staff patterns for licensed and unlicensed nursing personnel that ensures adequate coverage according to established parameters and efficiently utilizes all levels of personnel.
Ensures employees' attendance and maintains those records.

Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nursing license.
A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting and a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a charge nurse in a long-term care setting.
