Associate Attorney
The candidate will handle a high volume of cases, conduct client intakes, draft due process complaints and litigate cases on both an administrative and federal court level. Should have JD degree from an accredited law school. Must be Member of the New York State Bar in good standing. Demonstrated interest or experience in litigation is essential. 1-2 years of practice experience, including courtroom experience is preferred. Must have strong critical thinking, interpersonal, public special skills. Strong time management and organizational skills needed. Must have ability to manage a full caseload effectively and efficiently. Must have strong computer skills and competency, especially, Microsoft Office, and Westlaw. Must have excellent writing skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
